ESOL Future Introduction
This is an English course for speakers of other languages (ESOL) to improve confidence and develop language skills when talking about plans for the future. It is open to any learner on Entry 2 level. The language covered will include: talking about the future; reviewing skills and interests, and creating a CV. Learners will also be able to practice interacting with various agencies such as Job Centres or colleges to apply for work or courses. The module includes core outcomes around sharing personal information and basic numeracy.
There will be an element of digital entitlement included in the course which will enable the students to improve their IT skills.
